1. Service Description

Pace Police is an activity verification platform that allows runners to verify their Strava activities and share verified performances to public leaderboards. We provide tools for athletes to certify their running data and compete in a trusted environment.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must have a valid Strava account to use Pace Police
• You may only verify your own activities

3. Strava Data Usage

• We access your data solely through Strava's official API
• We comply with Strava's API Agreement and Brand Guidelines
• We do NOT use your data to train AI/ML models
• Your Strava data remains your property

4. Leaderboard Participation

• Sharing activities to leaderboards is optional and requires explicit action
• You can remove your activities from leaderboards at any time
• Only verified activities can be shared to leaderboards
• We reserve the right to remove activities that appear fraudulent

5. Verification Process

Activity verification is based on data provided by Strava. While we strive to ensure accuracy, verification does not guarantee the absolute authenticity of any activity. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their recorded activities.

6. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We reserve the right to remove fraudulent or manipulated activities
• Upon termination, all your data will be deleted within 7 days

7. Intellectual Property

The Pace Police platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Pace Police. Strava and the Strava logo are trademarks of Strava, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Strava, Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pace Police is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of Pace Police after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
